Qualified Motor Mechanic
Wallard Automotive is a successful, growing auto mechanic business located in a large, recently refurbished workshop in Thornbury. We are looking for a competent, qualified mechanic to join our team and help us grow.
Since establishing the business in 1998, Rob and Brett at Wallard Automotive have built a business initially servicing Bulleen and surrounding suburbs. Due to the North East Link Freeway project, the boys have relocated their workshop to Thornbury. They have taken the opportunity to learn from their over 60 years of combined experience to create a purpose built, state of the art workshop to service all their customer’s needs.
This workshop is large, clean, and has been set up with all the latest equipment to be able to efficiently service many vehicles.
Wallard Automotive is looking for a Light Vehicle Automotive Mechanic with relevant qualifications and experience in the automotive industry to help them grow their business. This position is best suited to an individual that can see themselves expanding their knowledge and capability to make the position their own. Wallard Automotive is looking to provide the right individual with unique prospects to extend their responsibilities to running and managing the workshop over time.
Applicants need to have Victorian drivers licence, own tool set, excellent English reading and writing skills and be computer literate.

- Appropriate Trade qualifications
- At least 2 years of industry experience
- Sound employment history
